Can I eat the food cold?
All meals can be eaten cold,! Its really up to you which way you prefer to eat the food.
is the food okay to freeze?
The food can be frozen for up to 4 months in its original packaging. (everything can be frozen except for the salads)
do i get complimentary salads?
Due to the length of time the salad lasts, we no longer give comlimentary salads..
How long should I heat the food up for?
Inside your box that the meals arrive in, will be a full heating guide for each meal. Generally this is what we advise:
Cut one side of the packaging so that one side is fully open. Microwave on full power (based on a 700 watt microwave) for at least 2 minutes. Check the temperature of the food in the middle with a fork, ensure that the meal is piping hot, if not heat for another minute until desired heat is achieved. To reheat in an oven, remove contents from packaging and place in an oven proof dish at a 180 degrees and heat for around 15 minutes or until food is piping hot.
Are the meals halal?
Yes our meals are halal. Certificate available upon request.
Do the items come cold?
The items are shipped in a temperature controlled box keeping the items between 2-5 degrees. Once the seal is broken the contents must be put straight into the fridge or freezer. The insulated box acts like a mini fridge when in transportation.
How long will the meals last?
From the moment we dispatch the meals from our kitchen they will last up to 7 days chilled or 4 months frozen as long as the seal has not been broke.

Can i collect my order?
Yes you can collect your order from Nosh Middlesbrough, Stockton or Durham. In the shipping option at the checkout please select your collection day and store. Collection form a store is free!
How much is POstage and packaging on deliveries?
Our postage and packaging is:
£6.99 for a chosen date between 9am-5pm
£7.99 for a chosen date between 9am-12pm. (choose your delivery date at the checkout)
When will my food be dispatched to me?
Your food will be sent out from our kitchen the day before your requested delivery day.
What days do we deliver?
Currently our delivery days are Tuesday - Friday.
Can i track my order?
Yes! You will automatically get a text on the day of delivery with the tracking code.
Can i get a delivery to work? & How long will the food keep cold in the packaging its sent in?
Yes, if your work allows deliveries. The box that the package is sent in will keep the food between 2-5 celsius for a few hours once delivered until the seal is broken. (although we do recommend you store the items in the fridge or freezer immediately upon receiving the delivery)
My delivery is late or hasn’t arrived
If your item hasn't arrived then please contact us email@example.com. We will get back to you asap to sort the order out for you!
Terms & conditions
Rescheduling orders - If you would like to reschedule you order, we can do so. We need at least 36 hours notice (before delivery date). Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we can alter the delivery date for you.
Canceling orders - If you would like to cancel you order we can do so. We need at least 36 hours notice (before delivery). Refunds will be processed within 5 days. Please contact us on email@example.com
Deliveries - Once we have passed the deliveries onto the courier then it is their responsibility to get the items to you for the correct date/time. Please note that if you have missed the delivery, instructions will be left at the premises for you. If you have not received your order then please let us know. We will get in touch with the courier and then will advise you what to do next. Nosh can not be held responsible for missed deliveries.
